State of Tennessee Residents: 24 months
Out of State Residents: 36+ months

Public Housing:
Local Residents (Rhea, Bledsoe, McMinn, Meigs Counties):
1 Bedroom: 18-24 months
2 Bedroom: 18-24 months
3 Bedroom: 18-24 months
4 Bedroom: 24 months
5 Bedroom: 36+ months
State of Tennessee Residents:
1 Bedroom: 36+ months
