COVID-19 Operating Procedures
It is a priority for Dayton Housing Authority to protect the health and safety of our residents, staff, and guests from the COVID-19 coronavirus. We are following the recommendations of the medical community as well as the guidance by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Our main office will remain open during our regular office hours and we will provide all services we normally provide. We are limiting the number of guests in our lobby to no more than three and conducting business with as little face to face contact as possible.
Rent will continue to be collected by check or money order. Although we will accept rent in person, we encourage you to send your payment by mail or place in the drop box outside our main office. Upon request, we will provide you with self-addressed, stamped envelopes.
We will respond to emergency work orders although regular work orders may be delayed until further notice.
